Through the use of the “What’s in It for Me” podcast. Contact shelters, cooling centers, warming centers, soup kitchens, etc. to inform the community that we are writing grants to acquire housing for the unhoused and under-housed.

Allow anyone with demonstrable need join the what is it for me program for $19.95. The fee covers grant writing through June 30, 2026 or until we are successful for a particular member, whichever comes first.

Create Partnerships

We are looking to partner anyone who makes money when real estate is bought, sold, upgraded, or rented. Perhaps by joining us, you too can benefit by doing business with us after any grants as acquired should there be any.
